What is the initial step when buying a pool?

Call us! Once you give us a call, we will set up an appointment with you to visit and see your backyard. This way we can discuss with you design options that is best suited to your home and space. We will also go over the two kinds of pools we offer (Gunite and Vinyl) and any features you might like to add such as landscaping and waterfalls. Once we have an idea of what you like, we will put together a proposition and move forward with construction when you are ready.

How long does the construction process take?

We work fast and efficient. We can put in a steel wall vinyl pool in 3 days. For the most part, the length of your pool construction depends on the design and scope of the work. A typical pool construction will take 2-4 weeks. Bigger projects can take 4-6 weeks. Please note that although it is highly unlikely, in a few cases it takes longer to pull a permit than it does to build the pool itself.

Will you support and help maintain my pool after it’s completed?

Of course we will! We will help service and maintain your pool long after it’s finished. It is up to you to decide how involved you would like us to be when maintaining your pool.

How can I be assured you’re using quality parts and equipment when building my pool?

We use only the best parts and equipment available in the industry. When speaking with our staff, you can learn more specifically about the brands that we sell. Our primary supplier, SCP Pool Corporation, is our source for many of the name brands you are probably familiar with.
